TELEFONETICA HEALTH RX is a Medical Discount Plan by Association. We are NOT a HIPAA covered entity, not a health plan, and not a health insurance issuer. We do not perform clinical functions; we do not receive Protected Health Information (PHI) from providers. This Notice is published as a plain-language courtesy to members and is governed by the underlying TELEFONETICA HEALTH RX Privacy Policy.
How we handle the limited information you share with us

We do not provide medical care, do not maintain a medical record, and do not receive diagnoses, treatment notes, or other clinical data from participating providers.
